Specifications for generic delimited load files
The qd documents ™ application will load data in multiple file formats. The generic delimited file format is perhaps the simplest for coding and scanning services to provide, because it is very similar to file formats used by many other software products, including multiple litigation software products. This document explains how to format delimited data files for document data, images, native files, and text. It also outlines requirements for the image and native files themselves.

Specifications for qd load package
To simplify things for novice service providers, our software accepts the easy-to-deliver generic delimited format for load files (see above). However, there's a faster-loading format that's more convenient for users -- the qd load package. This format is similar in some ways to a RingTail load file, but it doesn't require an Access database file for delivery. This document describes the structure of the load package.

A lawyer's introduction to coding and scanning
Many of our small-firm clients are new to the world of litigaiton databases, and they're also new to the world of service providers who scan and code documents and who convert electronic discovery into images and data files. This document provides an introduction to those services and the way providers charge for them.
